some of these things that you are saying can be handle at the front desk. for one you got a membership which is either mon., wed. fri & sun or tues. thurs. sat & sun. first of all how did the salesman got your credit card in the first place. that is like going into a car lot and giving the salesman a check for whatever he wants ,before even buying the car. he knew he could get you on a ssle. so that is why he didnt give you back the card. as far as changing the dates you could of done these things. 1) decide if those dates would fit your schedule, the days i listed above. 2) if one of these schedules did work out and was different from the agreement, then go to the front desk and ask to change your dates to the other option (this is a one time thing. so make sure its your right choice)he/she can do this on an EFT form. 3) upgraded for $79 like they said that would of given you access to anytime you felt like it. 4) the manager was right it says what dates you can go right next to where you sign 5) cancelled within 3 days and got your full money back
