24/7 Tampa Locksmith ... Agressive Ripoff Company
I accidentally locked my keys in my car ... so I called for a VERY reputable company called "Pop-A-Lock" or so I thought.
When I did a Google search for the phone number the number 813-452-4566 came up online so I called it. When this company answered the phone "Locksmith", I asked specifically if they were "Pop-A-Lock" and they said YES and assured me that I had the correct number.
45 minutes later when their locksmith showed up, he was in a broke down old truck, no "Pop=A=Lock" shirt, car sign and a new price. Though I was quoted $49.95 on the phone, the scum bag that showed up demanded $110.00 CASH from me on the spot before he would do the service. When I told him what I was quoted, he called me a liar and became quite aggitated and agressive, to the point of threatening me with calling the cops on me nd demanding i pay him immediately ... in CASH.
Not being one to be pushed around, I told him to "step back from my face" and call the cops if he himself indeed had not warrants out for his own arrest. This "locksmith" immediately started swearing, telling me to f*** off and jumped back into his beat up old rusted truck and sped off.
When I called the number back, I finally was told that they were not "Pop-A-Lock" but rather "24/7 Tampa Locksmith" and then their lovely customer service representative, on the phone, told me to "f*** off" and hung up.
This company is a bunch of con-men and rip off artists, preying on people in need of assistance and when they do not get their way, they will threaten you and get physically agressive, trying to intimidate you to pay.
24/7 Tampa Locksmith is the WORST service I have ever dealt with ... please do not make my mistake.
