I ordered a dash cam and never received it. I had numerous emails with Terrell but all he did was put me off and say he would look into it. I made several phone calls. No one ever answers.
They did return one call and stated my item would ship the following week, but it didn't. I even sent a letter to their address in OK but have not received a response.
