I have honeycomb shades from 3 Day Blinds that are falling apart. The glue that holds the cells together doesn't hold them together any longer. I called, emailed several times and was told 1) that the lifetime warranty doesn't cover defective materials, 2) that the lifetime warranty only lasts 5 years, but its pretty clear from their website http://3dayblinds.com/Resources/Warranty.aspx what their warranty is. They just don't honor it.




Watch out, stay way from 3 Day Blinds, thier word and their warranty aren't worth anything.

3 Day Blinds offers a competitive limited lifetime warranty, in which all manufacturing defects are covered.  This particular case was a matter of natural wear and tear, deterioration over time which is not part of the warranty. The link provided on the complaint is a valid link directly to the 3 Day Blinds website that explains that natural wear and tear are not covered under the limited lifetime warranty.
