321 Annuity Scam Artists! Venice, California
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Jim Reed & Jamie Tate are both scam artists. They lie through their teeth. This company is an appointment setting organization for insurance agents. They charge a huge fee, $75, per each appointment. I purchased 13 "qualified" in-home appointments from them for $975. Their contract with me stated that I would receieve 13 presentations within 14 weeks. After 14 weeks I had only received 2. I don't even think they make an effort to set appointments with anyone. I think they simply look up names in a directory. I was kicked off of several prospect's porches. Most of them said they never talked with anyone. I've been trying to get a refund from this company for 4 months. I've filed complaints with the BBB, CA Attorney General and CA consumer protection. They are very rude to me on the phone and won't even answer my calls anymore.
