This company is a SCAM, if you are at all thinking about joining this company as an "Event Coordinator" or any other title... You need to Run the other way.
Adam will tell you what you want to hear, and he is a madter manipulator, the company is very unprofessional and Adam is a liar and a thief. He never pays for work that is done and when asked, he will change the subject or make up an excuse. If you want to work for free this is the place to work....
I worked for him for a week, and I just walked out one day after realizing that 3four1 is a complete joke.

After over 5 years of going back and forth how to handle this untruthful post I have decided to address many of the issues. It is unfortunate 2 former employees that were let go decided to vent their frustrations in this forum. 3FOUR1 works with clients from any event size to help them find the right location or service for their event at NO cost to them; we are given a referral fee by the service provider. It is not possible for us to steal money. I have never been diagnosed as clinically bi-polar nor have I been verbally or physically abusive to any clients or staff. The statements above are not true and the reason you can find out the proof is because this person(s) decided to make the same post a few times about me and my company.
These employees received hours of training and coaching in the event business to help them achieve success. Commission based positions, which these were, are paid based on performance. Continued employment and commissions are determined by performance. I can’t discuss specific employment issues, however, know these employees were treated fairly and compensated in accordance with standard performance based commission positions.
These are false statements that should have never been allowed to be published. I am truly sorry that anyone can post anything online about you no matter how false. I hope everyone that reads this post knows how horrible this can be to a person’s reputation with no recourse
