Three weeks ago I was informed that my step-son was ill. He lives in England and my passport expired a few months ago. He may have cancer and I am desperate to get there for the testing.

I found the company A Briggs Passports and Visas in the phone book. They promissed they could have my passport back to me within 10 days. I payed the high fees and sent in all my information. It's now been over15 days and I still don't have a passpor.

I sent it on a Thursday and got an e-mail from LynnHare on Friday saying they recieved it and would get it out to me the following Monday. If for any reason they could not she would contact me. I never Heard back from her.

I left alot of messages and e-mails to find out the status of my passport. No one ever contacted me. I finally got Lynn Hare on the phone on Friday. My flight had left Thursday. She asked me to send her a copy of my past itinerary and my new one as I had to pay more money to reschedule my flight. She told me she would go down to the U.S. Passport Agency herself with my itinerarys to speed up the prosses. It is now Teusday. Not only have I not heard back from her, I can not get a live person on the line. I have left 4 messages and sent 3 e-mails. Nothing!!

My new flight leaves in two days. I have spent over $200 in passport fees and $900 in airline tickets and cancelation fees for a hotel. I can't even get any information out of them, let alone a passport. If ou see this name come up when you are applying for a passport, RUN!!!
