Dishonest!  This lady ripped me off via the internet...  She purchased a BRAND NEW factory sealed $650 iPhone 5S from me and opened it up and used it.  Then decided to return it, but instead of paying the shipping back and the restocking fee, she LIED and claimed the iPhone was defective and did not even come on.  Upon receiving the "dead" iPhone, I turned it on and it worked fine, and after checking the warranty status with Apple, I found that the iPhone had been activated on the day she received it.  I would avoid doing business with Cassandra, she has shown a willingness to LIE for financial gain.

I have done business with Rev. Cassandra and have always found her to be extremely honest and authentic with her clients. I can't even understand why such a complaint would be made on this site that has nothing to do with her services.

I've been a client of REV Cassandra's for over a decade and she is one of the few most honest people I've ever met. Additionally, I'd say this is a false claim that never should have been allowed on this site and should be removed. You came to a site that is for consumers to file complaints against companies, but you are the company and you filed a complaint against a consumer. Wrong site dummy!!! Then you used her business to do so. How tacky and devious you are. That is fraud not to mention defamming her character. Remember she made a purchse FROM YOU not the other way around. And buying a cell phone has nothing to do with the integrity of her business.

In your complaint you say some of the stupidest things that make absolutely no sense. If I got a new iphone of course I'd open it up, too. What is the sense of buying a phone and not opening it? You buy a phone so you can use it. Besides how else would someone know if it works or not? And if it didn't work I'd call Apple for some help. I have an Apple computer and know they ask for either the serial # or AppleCare #, but that doesn't mean the phone was activated. They probably asked her for the serial number to make sure it wasn't stolen and was still under warranty. If it was stolen I guess a person would have to call the police and give it to them and be out $650.00. If it wasn't under warranty and it was me I'd send it back to you because it is obviously more than a year old since that is the length of time a warranty is without AppleCare and I'd never by a "BRAND NEW" phone that turn out to be a "OLD PHONE". Also, you indicated it IS under warranty when you said "after checking the warranty status with Apple I found that the iPhone had been activated on the day she received it". So what!!. She called Apple for help because it didn't work. They asked for the serial # in order to help her, but that doesn't mean the phone was activated. Apple doesn't activate phones only a cell phone carrier can do that.  So I'm saying it seems like you are the liar.

Would you please explain how she got financial gain? She paid you $650.00 and if you didn't give her a refund then you are the one who had the financial galn.

If you did give her a refund then I doubt it was more than what she paid for the phone. So she did not get any financial gain. You are just pissed because she wanted her money back because a phone didn't work and I don't blame her.

In regards to "pay the shipping back" why would anyone do that for a broken item? I'd pay return shipping if I changed my mind about the item, but it if is broken I wouldn't pay return shipping. Most sellers on amazon, ebay, overstock and many other sites don't expect a buyer to pay return shipping for a broken item. But I guess you did. And I'm sure if that was the only way to get it back to you then she would have paid it conidering shipping would have been far less to lose than $650.00.

As far as your restocking fee wow what a joke that is!! It's just a way for you to steal money; oh excuse me - for your financial gain. Apple covers the costs to send back manufacture's faulty items. And it cost nothing to put something back on a shelf.  I'm inclined to think you are the liar and a thief to boot.

There is the matter that you said when you got it back it worked. If that was true then you've probably already resold it. Thus you shouldn't have a problem because she return it. So why do you?  Oh, I know you're just pissed because she wanted her money back and maybe more pissed if you had to give it back. You wanted to keep her money and resell the phone (that you say was working). Liar and a thief.

BTW, what is the name of your company? I just want to make sure I never do business with you. Though I will continue doing business with Rev. Cassandra because she is honest and would never file false claims against anyone.
