SCAM WARNING A & G Retail Maintenance Corp is an established company located in Miami, Florida, who sales itself as a pioneer of Retail Maintenance, offering award winning services to retailers around the country. In reality, its owners and handlers are scammers who hire independent contractors via phone, or internet, to take care of these work orders, after the work is done and the clients are satisfied, A & G Retail Maintenance Corp doesn't fulfill its obligation issuing payment to those contractors. So be very careful if you are working for this company or get contacted by them in the future, it was never their intention to pay me, the used me and I have not been able to collect for six months, they don’t answer my calls, or my emails.
A & G Retail Maintenance Corp, Alejandro Garcia and Bertha Ramos, has three different fraudulent open cases in the State of Florida. Case Numbers: 13-2008-CA-009429, 13-2014-CA-010007, 13-2014-CA-023191 After the circle is getting smaller and they have all these negative reviews everywhere, now the owners are trying to establish another names to conduct their scams, they are also doing business as Nationwide Facility Maintenance, LLC. Or Southeast Maintenance Experts, Inc. These are some employers or “managing members” names: Alejandro Garcia, David Garcia, Alejandro David Garcia, Alex Garcia, Zulema Gonzalez, Karel Barrios, Zuleimy Garcia, Todd Sucra, Bertha Ramos, Bertha Garcia They are serving Apple Stores They don’t have any Licenses, Insurance or Permits required by the Government or States entities, to operate any kind of business they are offering, they forge all the documents that all these different independent contractors request, at the time to sign the contracts. Hello, this review have been copied and pasted all over the internet and contain defamatory information that does not represents the policies of our organization nor the actual facts, please read this review closely and you'll find that it does not contains any circumstantial fact only a lot of names of ex employees of this Company and cse number that have nothing to do with the people reported here? why peope can get away with ruining the reputation of Companies and people like this? and what it is worst if we want to make the record rigth we have to pay for it?, this review also affects the personal lives of those persons listed here, now, the member that posted this review have been involved in a legal matter that as of this moment is pending their withdrawal and retraction of any active case, due to a frivolous and indiscriminate use of personal information, we do have proof that this member is not legitimate and have used personal information to try and commit fraud against the people listed on this report, we kindly ask Ripoff Reports to review the informtion contained on this report and remove this infamous accusations as soon as possible, if this review is not removed promptly other actions will be taken.
