Agent of Realty One Group make 100% commission, and the company is constantly updating their office space to have the most up to date innovative technology and comfort, for their work space. A one time payment of only $25 is not something to be so fussed over. The company is growing fast, he must be doing something right. Kuba isn't going anywhere but up, and he will take his agent there as well.

I read both the original complaint and the rebuttle clearly from the business. I have personal contacts in the realestate business and many of them who have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Mr. Jewgieniew and they have all stated the same storey. They were told to come aboard at his agency with no fees and they were able to hang their license on the wall.
Three months in however he came back to all of them to say that there was a fee being added to their monthly office expenses and if they refused they would be unable to continue on at his office.
This man is clearly a con artists and definatly not a upstanding businessman of his word who I would (based on conversations with my assoociates) not trust unless a binding contract was available and signed prior to working for him in any capacity.
I am a native of Las Vegas and I can assure you that this behavior he presents has quickly spread through the valley. I am also a small business owner and must say from a professional point of view this is highly suspect behavior.

This particular post is believed to have been submitted by a competitor to Realty One Group (ergo, the anonymity to the posting). The posting references derogatory and libelous statements made concerning Realty One Group and its founder, Kuba Jewgieniew.
Realty One Group ("ROG") is and has been the fastest growing real estate brokerage in Southern Nevada. ROG offers 100% commissions to most of its agents unless the agent is new to the business and requires training, so the operating revenues for its 8 locations serving 2,200 agents are derived from fees paid by the ROG agents. All fees and agent obligations are governed by an Independent Contract Agreement, wherein all agents have agreed that fees charged may change at any time.
During 2008, ROG significantly upgraded its services to its agents, inclusive of a state-of-the-art paperless system, increasing continuing education by 20 + classes monthly, opened larger offices, and upgraded the myrog.com backoffice system, the costs for which must be passed on to those who benefit - the ROG agents. An ROG agent has the unfettered right to terminate their contract and relationship with ROG upon providing notice as required by the Agreement. Notwithstanding this right and the derogatory comments of the posting, ROG has increased its agent roster during the most tumultuous period the real estate industry has experienced in decades. The fees charged its agents by ROG are now consistent with the local industry for fee based brokerages, while the services provided for the benefit of the agents exceed those of its competitors in Las Vegas. Regrettably, the author of the posting (not believed to be a prior ROG agent) sought to "vent" and libel the ROG name (as well as its founder) for an action in which no other agents have voiced such a concern. Accordingly, ROG deems the posting a frivolous and a cowardly attempt from an unscrupulous competitor in hopes to tarnish the reputation and good standing of ROG.
