They filed the following to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: Amanda Davis Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: After my husband informed me of what had happened, I called the number mentioned on another complaint. The first time I called I some how got disconnected. The second time I called I explained the situation to the lady, told her she could have the DVD's back and that all I wanted was our money back, since he only ordered the first one. She told me that there was a 30 day moneyback guarantee, so the only DVD we could send back and get our money back for was the most recent one. According to my husband, there was NO mention of other videos being sent out, there was NO receipt on any of the boxes we received, and mostly, there was NO mention of our credit card being billed automatically for future videos. Last I checked, I have had to sign forms, or agreed to, after it has been THOROUGHLY explained to me,a company automatically deducting from a card or account on a monthly basis. When you call the number to cancel, make sure the company gives you a confirmation number so that you have proof in case you need to contact them again. My husband had his credit card cancelled to ensure they can no longer bill him for any future videos.
