I think its your company that need the authorities. To the other guy who has vending don't sign the contract. All locating companies are the same. I'm going all the way with it.

Justin did enter into a contract with my company. He clearly failed to read the contract which states that the upfront deposit is not refundable. This deposit is used to find and retain the locator who does the work and other up front costs. Justin made literally hundreds of phone calls and sent many hundreds of emails instead of proper contact in which the problem could have been much more quickly resolved. It even became necessary to report the multitude of emails as spam to have this stopped. Despite this, we did in fact refund Justin's deposit. He continued to behave in an abusive manner even after this and we were forced to contact authorities regarding the matter of the phone calls and emails.
