I needed my side by side refrigerator freezer fixed so I used Craigs list Phoenix to find a repairman in my vicinity. Afordable appliance repair was listed in East Valley so I called and asked for an estimate ,giving the symtoms of not freezing except in bottom half of freezer and refrigerator being warm. The man (Josh Sneed) said it was probably a relay and maybe the fan motor since it was cold at the bottom of the freezer. He estimated around $100.00, so I said come on out. He said about 30 minutes, but it took 2 hours since he went to wrong side of the city. Then it took 3 & 1/2 hours to fix it including going to get a part. I was going to pay with a check but having another appointment myself I told my wife to write the check. When she started to write the check he said cash only on the weekend and she told him to follow her to the bank accross the street to get cash. It came to $175.00 with the parts included and it lasted 27 days. I've been calling him for 3 days now and leaving my message and # but no return calls yet. I tried calling "Affordable Appliance Repair" in Phoenix but it's not the right one, Josh Sneed spells his company name "A4dable" appliance repair in Peoria, AZ. I did a search of his name, Josh Sneed, and saw another report about him here on Rip Off Reports. Since he isn"t returning my calls I can only assume he is a Rip Off Artist like the other lady said also. He has changed his # on the business card from 623-755-4488 to 480-652-9627.
