I handled the internal paperwork on this report, and until now, did not even know this complaint existed. This customer has made this complaint without telling you the full story. At the estimate as well as over the phone the customer gave us a list of 28 items to be moved and we based our price accordingly. The customer also signed a document well before moving day confirming what he had that needed to be moved. He did not tell you that when we actually came to do the move, he had considersbly more that amount!! Of course that will cost more!!! Why shouldn't it? This customer even complained to his credit card and lost on all counts! Why? Because he is wrong in this case. Sorry, but when we make a mistake we own up to it and correct it. The mistake ( and I am being generous when I call it a mistake, since I believe the customer was trying to purposely get a cheaper price) in this instance is simply not ours! This customer is simply NOT being truthful in this report.
