This company claims to be affordable, they advertise in the Thrifty Nickel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The FEE changes over the phone, when you call to get information. Not only do they NOT send Term & Conditions, they never send you DETAIL paperwork w' breakdown of all FEEs. They claim to do the work and you dont have to go to court. When they send your documents VIA email, nothing is filled out. All they do is pull the legal documents from a website and then via email them to you. Check the receipt you rcv'd before you pay...

Your signing that you acknowledge all this, when none of the stuff they typed up is true. You never rcv'd anything and your signing for something that you don't even know if it's complete, executed and accurate. All this before you ever rcv'd anything from them.

You can't pick up your LEGAL documents. They Via email to you and when you ask for them to be mailed (they say we only mail once) that's because they NEVER get mailed the FIRST time.

They don't GET any information from except you and your spouses name and address and then they tell you to go to court file the paperwork and mail a copy to the person you are divorcing.

I COULD HIRE SOMEONE LOCAL OR DO IT MYSELF, IF THAT WAS THE CASE.. So, what exactly am i paying $500-$1000 of dollars to do, sit on their XXX... and pull documents.

THIS NORTHAMERICA GROUP AKA DIVORCE BY PHONE IS A RIPOFF AND THEY DON'T DO ANY WORK AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS...
