AAA1A they sell divorce kits over the phone to US clients but they are actually based in Toronto, Canada. . The manager is called NORM (or Norman) Toronto, Ontario
I just interviewed with a company in Toronto, Canada, who said they are called Divorce by Phone. The Managers name is Norm (or Norman). He deals exclusively with US clients, selling them DIY divorce legal kits for $500 plus taxes.
I dont know about any ripoff but his business just sounded shady to me. Norm even told me that his employees must have the best customer service skills because there were a lot of angry customers on the phone supposedly screaming things like "you screwed me" or "you ripped me off".
Now the only way someone would be ripped off (or be screwed) is if this kit turns out to be not legal in their state so they dont get their divorce.

No phone number and the only email address they used was a yahoo one.
They seem to move around a lot - last year they were in Eglinton Road, Toronto. I know because I intervewed there last year. Norm said I looked familiar. Next year they may be somewhere else.
