Wasted my precious time. Lied to me. Did not perform contract as agreed or in a timely manner. Lied to me on the telephone on a daily basis. These guys cannot be trusted to perform. They also changed the terms after I had a signed contract. They demanded money after agreeing to be paid at close of escrow. I paid and still they did not perform and lied, lied, lied.
#1 Liar: FRANK E JUNKAR calls himself "president" of firm should instead call himself, prince of liars.
What a buffoon.
Employees and field crews are embarrassed by such nonsense.
Honest employees are shamed by this character.
Your home and land are too important to trust to a liar.
If he lies so blatantly can he be trusted in anything???
