I have responded to this now several times and it does not show up. I own the Aamco in Hemet and I do not think this guy was even ever there. The date is 2004. He LIVES in Thousand Oaks?????
Look at my google reviews. 99% love the good service, fast work, quality repairs and honest dealings we ave.
Please make sure this response comes up. 3rd attempt to put it up and it never shows. Tells you something about this website.

You have to realize that even though the work on your car does not require that much time you probably are not the only one with a vehicle in the shop at this time. I have been a transmission mech. for over 20 years now and most of that time i have never been able to get to a job the moment it comes in. You are usually three or four days down the list to do anything more than test drive the vehicle. You have to accept the fact that tou are not the only customer in the shop!

Thats normal for that place. I knew the original owner for that place almost impossible to keep a good builder there don't no why but true. Who owns that place now ? When the first owner sold the shop it was to a retired airlines pilot?
