Charged $400 kept car 4 days missed promise of completion date, problem came back day and a half after car picked up.

Took car back. Car has been in their possession

for 11 days and counting. Three promised completion dates missed. No loaner car offered.

Nothing but poor excuses for missed completion dates, and very little effort put in to see that car was ready as promised.

In talking to one employee then another, one doesn't seem to know what the other is doing, or the commitment one or the other has made for completion of work.

Very little or no concern for lack of transportation needed for job interviews and doctor appointments and other commitments I had.

Car was taken in Monday February 9th. As of this writing Thursday February 19th, work is still not completed and car is not ready.

It only takes one day to pull the transmission apart and see what parts are needed. Car has set for many days with no attention given to work needed.

I have responded to this now several times and it does not show up. I own the Aamco in Hemet and I do not think this guy was even ever there.  The date is 2004.  He LIVES in Thousand Oaks?????

Look at my google reviews.  99% love the good service, fast work, quality repairs and honest dealings we ave.

Please make sure this response comes up.  3rd attempt to put it up and it never shows.  Tells you something about this website.

You have to realize that even though the work on your car does not require that much time you probably are not the only one with a vehicle in the shop at this time. I have been a transmission mech. for over 20 years now and most of that time i have never been able to get to a job the moment it comes in. You are usually three or four days down the list to do anything more than test drive the vehicle. You have to accept the fact that tou are not the only customer in the shop!
