Spoke with the owner today regarding the parts pricing and double labor charge and he agreed to make things right by offering a refund for a large portion of the overcharges. My wife and I appreciate this gesture and take it as a sign that the folks at Aamco-Oceanside want to do right by their customers. Despite the issues with the parts pricing, they did diagnose the problem correctly and my wife's car is running very well now.
