Sharon~~~~~Your situation needs a little more work towards the shop~~~~You need toput your thoughts on paper~~~the amount of times that went back ~~the outcomes of each incident~~~~~~~and ask for a response in writing from the shop in 5 days~~~~Remember:~~~~your warranty was valid and you took it back more than once and the problem was never solved~~~~if they said that the job was ok~~~~did they ever provide you with paperwork (each) time the car was worked on?~~~This is required for aamco shops to do~~~~A shop CANNOT legaly work on your car without a contact. (work order) each work order is numbered an part of the AAMCO requirement to report all services provided~~~~~At this point you are left the option of the court system to file a claim ~~~~in your letter make good notes on mileage/promises~~~send you letter (return receipt requested) this way someone from the shop needs to sign for it~~~~(with this you have given them constructive notice) they must respond to you.~~~~~~let me know what happens~~~~~~~~THE TRANZMN
