What closes these companies is not that they are a scam, it is the fact that the companies stupidly offer a refund policy. The refund policy attracts the 5% of customers who feel the company should work for free, the customer sets about to defraud the company after the company has worked for them. I like to call it shop lifting which is exactly what it is. The 5% b***h and complain to get a refund when not due and it generates complaints forcing the company to shut down. The average company per year generates 2500+ clients , out of the 2500+ 20 people complain over a long period of time and make up a ton of lies to try and get a refund when not due which in turn forces the company out of business.
