somehow i think there is more to this story than meets the eye. I bought furniture from there and have had absolutely nothing but positive things to say about them. they even told me if you look like your going to be late just give us a call, the last thing we want to do is take this away. sure i know i am paying more than what its worth, but i plan on having this furniture for a very long time to come an plan on finish paying it off in about 2 months. but, my point is, the store i dealt with was like if you know your going to be late, just give us a call and a date when you think you can make the payment and we will work with you not against you. somehow i think you were hiding from them and never answered your calls or the door so they had no choice but to come and take it. I'm sorry you fell on such hard times, but if they cant get a payment from you maybe they can get it from someone who is trying to do their best in making payments. and as far as your table, i'm sure if you paid for it and had a receipt that shows you paid for it they would be happy to give it back otherwise you could take them to court and sue them. as far as teh entering your apt under false pretenses, im sure that was not true either. i'm sure they talked to the landlord because you never called them back or ignored them so the landlord was honest enough to let them in to take the property that belonged to them. Good luck in the future!!!

I know you filed this complaint a LONG time ago, but I must tell you, it is illegal for ANY apartment complex to let ANYONE in your apartment without your authorization. I suggest no matter how long it has been, that you get a copy of your lease (I assume this would be a former lease) and sue the heck out of them.
