Hattiesburg,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Can anyone hear the total disregard for what happened in the employee's response? As for neighbors not responding to calls for help, surely you don't think that everyone is going to do the right thing. Most people hear a shouting match go on, they'll stay out of it, saying "It's not my business" and being right in that most times. I'm starting to wonder if Aaron's employees are signing in as Consumers and putting a lot of trash talk in the rebuttals. As for "stealing" the TV, who's to say she wasn't over there for a visit, and wanted an extra TV for her kids to play video games or something? Maybe she was just taking it over for the day. Assuming that she's the bad guy is bad customer policy.

And of course the police arrived within minutes after you placed a call to 911 to report a tresspasser who assaulted your child and was ransacking your home, right? Your neighbors simply ignored your cries of "help," "stop," "you pushed my child." Sorry-don't believe this one at all.

He broke the plane of the door, and unlawfully entered your home without invitation. That is criminal tresspassing in the first degree at the very least. Depending on how he pushed your son aside and if your son was physically injured and/or the legality of him taking your tv, its burglary in the first degree. Plus for pushing your son aside, possibly assault in the third degree if your son was injured. If this would have happened in my home I would have put him on the ground at gunpoint and called the police the second he tried to get up, he would be told to lay down on the ground if he refused and made a movement towards me bang, game over. Otherwise the police would have some work to do, he would be making friends in jail for a while, and I would be suing the pants off of Aaron's.
