Whether or not you obtained payment in the end, you can still report her actions to the DBPR (http://www.myfloridalicense.com/dbpr). Each violation can lead to a hefty fine and the ultimate suspension of her license. You can also inform the department of your suspicions that she lied on her application about her length of experience. If you are no longer part of the agency, you have nothing to lose.
