As this investor (not homeowner) has chosen to use an alias I will not reveal her name or her property addresses. Its easy to write a slanderous posting anonymously.
This investor simply wants to blame others for her failure to cooperate, provide timely documents and for being untruthful. We asked for a utility statement to prove her occupancy of these properties and she kept trying to hide the fact that she is an investor. Her lender did not believe she is "occupying all of her FIVE properties" at the same time! You cannot be an owner occupier for this many properties at the SAME TIME. The lenders caught on to this fact and that is why her modification files became such nightmares..... facts matter!
She is not some poor homeowner....this is an over-extended investor looking for a freebie. When you have 5 rental properties you will have a hard time claiming a hardship. The President's modification plan was designed for homeowners not investors. Also, when you refuse to answer the phone and refuse to provide documents you are really putting yourself in jeopardy.
There are numerous correspondences to this homeowner, numerous unanswered phone calls and numerous unpaid bills..... Its hard to balance belligerent banks with belligerent homeowners..... This is exactly why I have stopped all modification services as of 6 months ago.
Facts matter! Its easy to write a self-serving post..... In sum, the contract is clear and is extensive. The contract clearly states that all clients must be truthful and must cooperate and she did not. Simple as that!
