ABI has a reasonable refund policy and they do state everything very clearly in the terms of service, which you are required to agree to before making the purchase. In addition, they are the only company who offers over $750 worth of informational e-products. It has been very helpful to me. It's impossible to help everyone individually, she is very patient and tries to help in any way she can. I had my money refunded because it wasn't something I could do at this time. It was returned very promptly so my experience with ABI has been great

1. They did not notify about my shipping status. It is mentioned on the order page that it takes 1-3 weeks. You also receive the notice after you submit the order. If you have not received anything within 3 weeks, contact us and we will send you another package. 2. DID NOT answer all my questions in the live chat! ie. what happened to my order? and how long will it take for my package to arrive (she said they resent another one)? and then ended the chat abruptly. (rude much) We try to answer all questions as promptly and efficiently as possible, however, sometimes we have connection problems with Live Chat (which is being fixed as we speak). We do not end chats abruptly on purpose. 3. As A company who is supposedly suppose to help you.. give you the tools and guide you...NOT a VERY GOOD job in doing so. No one is perfect. We try our best. 4. I thought quite strange that "Angela" as nice she may seem is (I believe) the SAME Angela MA, in the testimonials, ( both are from ricmond BC) Therefore wouldnt her testimonial be somewhat Biast since her role in the company is much more than what is presented???? I participate in the program, handle the customer service, and am involved with publishing the products. * i just want to note that my report is not based on the actual product! In this matter I have no knowledge of. However, I would like to bring up many other important points. 1.
