help, please,
I thought i files a complaint but i didnt see it. I am about to become homeless again due to access van lines. They took our household and car 10 months ago to move to Spain to start our dream life with our 2 small children. We have been living in hell since.
When they failed to deliver in Spain after 4 months we had no where to live as we had rented an unfurnished home, waited for our belongings, THINKING THE WORST and getting no aid or professional response from access we simply asked if the containers ever where released from Valentia on the mainland to please ship them back to the USA we were financially in trouble after the excess burden of a car rental and home we could not live in.
Its now 10 months and we still have no containers. We rented a winter rental on the cape while my husband mourned his fathers passing my kids dont know where home is and Access van lines have not been able to locate our belongings. Our rental needs to be vacated for the summer. I really need help fast does anybody know a course of action that could get our belongings back and let our lives resume.

over a year later I have finally mustered the strenght the pen my utter dismay in this company, but i must, the end of our familys nightmare came,10 months after we hired this company to move all our belongings to Spain. When it never showed up and we got the exact same response as every other poor individual in this web sight... no response.... we were techinally homeless with 2 small children in the country of our dreams.. access van lines ensured the nightmare... we ended up back in the states at mercy of friends and family..we instructed access to ship the containers back if they ever could locate them. Then it was the Spainish turn to lose everything.. Hired by access a company finally got our belongings 11 months after we last saw them back to Boston.. all dreams shattered. then they demanded we pay the storage for the lost containers all together the move cost us $25,000 when it should have been $8,000 to Spain.... we have suffered in every direction by chosing this company.. unfortunately most people who read these reports will also have been in hell.. they are completely unrealiable and should NOT BE IN BUSINESS we also went to every department available The Better business Bureau could not do anything because this company would not respond.... duh that was my problem tooooooooo.... please contact me if you need help to put these bastards out of Business, nothing could give me more joy.. they destroyed our financial lives
