These ripp off people are in general ill educated.This is easily determined by the lack of proper grammar and phraseology. Gthier inability to properly use idioms common in our language is also a dead giveaway. They think they are smart but fail misetably. It appears they feel debt a can be collected by subregation. They should contact the Department of Consumer Fraud.
