Ad Efx This company came to my University and sold us spa packages under false pretenses They are jerks liars and if you call them you will be treated like you are the *ss Fort Lauderdale Florida
This company came to my University where I attend school. They were sitting in the cafetieria selling spa packages at $42.00 a pop, and the man told us that he was selling them on behalf of Ad Efx company. He told us that we might as well sign up because we would could cancel at any time but he had to leave in a few minutes so we had to decide at that moment.
So, myself and five friends, along with many others signed up. Four days later we decided that it wasn't for us and we relly wouldn't be gettimg our monies worth so we called to cancel. I was told that there was a 3 day return policy and that we had gone over the three days. I explained that when we signed up that it was stated that it was fully refundable at any time.
I was able to get five of the six packages refunded but only after after having my Dean of Students call them and spending 7 dollars for overnight shipping. I was also told that the sixth package would be covered because they were sold under false pretenses. However, please read on...
I found the sixth package and called to complete my refund because I noticed that one still remained on my credit card. The woman (Rose) who answered began talking to me in a normal tone, but when she bacame frustrated with me she actually began to scream at me that "her" company would never be untrue, and that I was lying!
That is what happend tonight. I plan on getting my Dean of Students involved once again to get the last of my refund, but please see this and other bad business reports as precautionaries! Do NOT do business with these shady people!
