During the process of working with Adam Breen and Breen homes, I discovered how dishonest Adam and his company are with their marketing, product sourcing, and profit margins. During our custom home build I noticed that several of our products ( bath tub, marble, kitchen appliances, & even carpet) didn't look the same as the floor models we had picked out. It turns out in order to increase the profit margins for Adam Breen and his company Breen Homes, they import cheap counterfeit products from China without the Home owner knowing.
Since owning our home built by Breen Homes we have had nothing but issues with leaks, products completely wearing out in their first year, and other issues. Adam told us that after the 1st year it is not his problem. It wasn't until we had another company come out to service one of our products that we discovered the cheap Chinese materials that were used to build our custom home. I consider this the highest example of FRAUD by Adama Breen and Breen Homes.
Who knows the total amount of cheap Chinese products Adam Breen used during our build, but so far we have spent over $100,000 replacing stuff that Adam Breen billed us a premium for.
Based on my experience & Opinion Adam Breen & Breen Homes can not be Trusted! They are Frauds - Scammers - Liars & Cheats & i am telling the word so others do not have to suffer like we have during their custom home build.

Adam-
We have no desire to reach out to you directly to resolve this situation. You have already cost us over $100k in repairs and replacement items. Your actions over the course of our build and after have led us to this point of informing the public of your terrible character!
There is nothing illegal or of consequence about posting one's opinion online. Stop making legal threats as they fall on deaf ears & start focusing on being a better person and a more honest builder.
