I've known Adan Espinal for close to 11 to 12 years. I sell him a house dirt cheap.Come Christmas season he offers me a deal called a "society"Where I'll lend him $1,200 and in return I'll get $35 a week in interests.He tells me whenever I want my $1,200 back to let him know it and I get my money back.First 2 weeks I had a hard time getting my $35 in interests.A
warning bell goes off in my head. First 3 weeks of December I called and called his number and on one answers and no one returns my calls.When finally he feels like it after 3 weeks of ignoring my calls he answers telling me I'll have to wait until the 28 of January because he's out of work and travelling?! I finally get fed up knowing I had been lied to him ignoring my calls so I tell him I want my $1,200 back.He ignores my calls even more.Everybody knows how infuriating this truly is,right?
Due to the fact I live off of ssd payments my resources go down on food,gas,my car's tires run out and explode on me as I drive.Literally one by one until all four tires are gone.I have my car right now in the garage for about 4 months now and I have to use public transport.I'm a heart patient with a 3 cable defibrillator and it's the most potent heart battery in the me-dical industry.My heart functions at a 18% capacity and thanks to this battery I'm still alive.
Does Adan Espinal know all this? Of course. Does he give a d**n ? Of course not.I've had to drag him to court. The court told him to pay me back my $1,200 including $60 in court paper work in 30 days. Well,30 days came and went so I go back to the court which tells me since the 30 days are up I'll have to get a lawyer to sort this out!!! So my car is in the garage for lack of tires and lack of permit sticker.
This Adan Espinal has bitten the hand that fed it for so long to the point where I would let a month free of rent because he was "out of work". I've gone hungry,bills to pay piling up,mental and emotional issues running through my head I'd rather not mention here. Adan has his own construction crew !! Yes he makes big money and still does'nt want to pay me back. what else can I do ? I'm writing this here to have a feeling of relief because I can't do anything about it. thank you folk
