Not at all happy with ADT Home Security System we had installed almost 2 years ago.
I sent an email 2 weeks ago asking what I needed to do to leave ADT and have not heard from them.
Today I called an ADT rep who handed me off to a manager. The reasons I am not happy are:
1. Camera resolution was so low that we could not make out who vandalized our front porch.
2. Front door camera was out for over 2 months before we knew it was bad. ADT sends emails saying everything with your
system is fine... just don't include camera's. I was told that my app shows when camera's are not working but then again why
send email saying everything is OK?
3. I log into Pulse website and after logining in I find that I don't have permissions to see anything.
So if you plan to use ADT Security Systems and you are dissatisfied with their service. Be prepared to pay the
remaining 75% of your contract.

ADT has got to be one of the worse companies to do business with. 6 months after buying My contract out and cancellatio, I am still getting monthly invoices.
Had I read Ripoff Reports customer comments before choosing ADT I am sure I would have selected another company. You can’t run your own billing department why would anyone want to trust you with their lives?

after paying $360 to end contract I was charged for another month for $55 my monthly bill. Called AMEX and refuted. This charge. I then get a letter stating if I wanted to cancel my AMEX would be charged $325. So I called AMEX and after 20 conversation Im told I don’t owe anything. Would it have made additional sense to tell me ypfront?
Nothing but poor service. Would never recommend to anyone.
