ADT security services liars, thieves, hackers, and con artist Internet
ADT is a dishonest compay. They do not follow thru on their decisions but alter their decision to their benefit. after canceling my account I was told that no other charges would be made to my account. One month later without any notice my checking account was rip-off by ADT in the amount of $295. When I called and brought it to ADT's attention a manager apologized and investigated. She told me that an error had been made and that an "immediate" refund would be made. After two weeks without a refund I called and was told that "the check is in the mail" and it would be 5-7 days. Now after one month no refund.
I called ADT and was told that that management had rejected the refund and that the $295 would be applied to close off my account. An non-existeing account. I had previously been told that I was on a month-to-month charge and that there was no contract. Now ADT refuses to refund my money. ADT members are liars and con-artist. Avoid any business with ADT.
