Its this simple. ADT practices a double billing scam nationwide. I am very clearly not the first person to have this done to them. They start by selling you the equipment, which they charge for, and which I paid. Then months later, they attempt to charge you again for the same amount and the same thing. If you scan the internet you will see that this is a common practice of theirs.

To make matters worse, they call you at all hours with a recorded message saying "You owe us money and its very serious but we don't have the respect to mail or email you or call you with a live person, so please call us at..........etc, etc". As if Im going to sit and listen to some bullshit recorded message for 10 minutes to find out how I can waste even more time calling their call center.

You know, we live in a day and age rampant with bullshit scams. Always keep track of your expenses and payments. 

So yes, I called them and they told me some bullshit and apologized, but Im sure its not the last Ive heard of them. Just check out the multpile internet reports of the same nonsense all over the United States by their company.
