Advance Bright nothing but a SCAM, I received Advance bright 7 days after I orderd it, tryed to cancel 5 days after receiving it, impossible to get thru to there 800#-
I canceled on there web address and also cancel on
[email protected] the e- mail which was given to me by the phone message. I count 12 days. not 14 days, they apparently count the days they have it in there posession, thats the catch and the fact that there support service do not read your e-mail on time.
I have been e-mailing them numerous times,some which come back undelivable, to explain the situation and all they have to say you did not read the terms and condition. implying I'm an idiot. I read there terms and condition stateing you would be send out a new order 14 days after your card has been charged. Like I said I count 12 days.
They are the idots we are the fools. I really hope this company gets caught. I am writing my attorney general and also filing a complaint with my credit card. I only hope aol, msn and all the other website stop them from posting and sending you spam e-mails.
