BEWARE COSMETICS FORMULATION PROFESSIONALS!
This company falsely advertises for formulation chemists with no intention of EVER hiring anyone. They bring you in on a "trial" basis and make you formulate as many products as quickly as you can. Then, after you've formulated a dozen products for them, they let you go by saying you were not ________________ enough.
They never had any intention of hiring...just getting as many formulas for their products (and client products) as they can for below-market value. They give the formulators the impression they'll have a full-time, long-term job there.
Just look at how long they've had their ads on the internet for formulators. Literally for years!
This is an employment scam and it's probably illegal. Do not deal with this company either as an employee or as a client. There are formulation labs that have their own, on-staff formulators that get paid fairly for their work.
