I answered an ad in newspaper to make $1000 weekly by mailing brochures. Paid $24 for the starter kit that said would be mailed within 7 business days and have not received it. This was on Sept. 26 and it is now Oct. 8.
I would like them to refund my money or send the kit. This is a form of false advertisment and can be sued for it. If they don't refund my money, I would like to know if they can be sued for false advertisment or this being a scam.
Right now I am not a very happy person with this company. Could have used the payment

Did you honestly think that someone wouldpay you 1k to mail brochures? Did you not research this scam before sending in your money? This scam has been around since the 1920's, yet people keep on falling for it. Unbelievable! The FTC just shut down a company who had conned 50,000 twits out of 7 million total, offering the same scam.
File with the FTC, the BBB, the Consumer Protection Division of your State's Attorney General's office AND STOP FALLING FOR OBVIOUS CONS! Don't send strangers money when they claim to be offering you a job. Oh and educate yourself by google searching on "mailing brochures scam" and "envelope stuffing scam".
