Advantage Capital, ephone ripoff scandolous thieves that steal from the poor hard working people Carson City Nevada
To whom it may concern, I was ripped off by these people right aound Christmas time. I was promised a credit card along with extra amenities. Instead money was taken out of my bank account at the credit union and I never did get my credit card. My childred had to do without for Christmas. It was the worst holliday I've ever experienced. I received a package in the mail. I still have the package they sent me. They also had the nerve to give my bank account number to other business and they helped themselves to my money also.
I lost $250.00 and my poor heart was broken. Some co by the name of E-Phone took $54.00 of my money and the other was some home insurance co that took $80.00. I called advantage capital probably more than 40 times and they would allways tell me that they would send an email to the main office to either give me my money back or send my credit card to me. No one would ever call me back. I 've been trying since December 12, 2001. Every time I would call to speak with a supervisor or banking manager I would be told there was no one available at the time and that someone would call me back as soon as possible.
I sent a letter to Advantage Capital (certified by US Postal Service overnight express for $14.00 and I still have the receipts showing the dates from the post office) letting them know that I would like my money back still I just got the same old story ( we will call you). I guess I was stupid to think that this kind of stuff would never happen to me. Some one please help me get my money back.
