There is a disappointment in using subcontractors and sometimes when our business is very busy we have to give overflow work to independent sub contractors. It is unfortunate that we are learning the hard way not to use these independent sub contractors. This gentleman used inadequate equpiment, was unprofessional and turned this into an unusual experience for both, our business as well as the customer. We have already given Chris, the customer, a full refund as we feel that our company has been reflected in a negative light. Our customer service department invloves highly trained individuals in which make sure that they speak with every customer that obtains service with us. They are trained to get feedback on the service that our technicians provide, both positive and negative. Any negative complaints that come through our customer service department are handled to the fullest extent. Being in the service industry, our mission is clear; without the customer we have no business therefore customer satisfaction is our TOP priority.
