Affinity Funding ripoff Mortgage Changes Signed Loan Documents! Have Proof as Ex Employee! Mission Viejo California
As a previous employee I do not recomend Affinity Funding. You should start seeing people filing complaints agaisnt them with Rip Off Report and BBB. While there they use different methods of changing documents, creating fraud against lenders and the clients. I have proof and have submitted everything to CA DRE where there licensed is kept Under Natasha Radwan who is the sister of Jason Radwan who runs the company. Two guys Ali Ghani and Xievier Kohen(may have incorrect name spelling) usually team up to change documents for loan officers using photoshop and or other programs that Ali authorizes thru the office as Ali is the IT guy and "X" is the accountant/HR person. The proof I have sent out to DRE shows that Lance Blanchard has payoffs that did not qualify for a loan and he and "X" Changed these so that the loan would be approved. To California Law this alone is against the law as fraud and may get brought up to FBI. Lance Blanchard who currently is on probation for another offense does not have a Sales license and will be protected under natashas license.
According to CA law any sales person without a license may not make more than 500.00 in commision at any one time. Affinity Funding currently has cut him checks in the past for 32,000 and just recently for a new file in exsess of $20,000.00. These fees were for single files and everything has been sent to DRE, BBB, Rip Off Report, and FBI.
Many people have had loans switched after signing. Once the loan has the notarty stamp on it and if anything is crossed out Affinity is notified if something is changed and then re sends out the loan saying its just there copy to get signed then once they recieve it back they change the documents they need which are usually clear. Then the person getting the loan finds out within a year that they didnt get what they wanted and have no choice but to stick with it or refinance.
There are only about 3 people who work for affinity that are licensed. If natashas license is revoked, Jason has been taking the required steps and then will get a license under his name. The company is protected since its a corporation and will just change the name. Which is why I have sent everything to DRE, BBB, Rip off report, and now the FBI.
IF you decide on a loan with affinity who is just a broker very few people there are honest, which is why the branch manager and a few others have left.
They get their clients using Mailers, Live Transfers which are calls into the branch using a marketing company. The mailers range from anything about an adjustable mortgage coming due to a forclosure save.
Again there is proof of this as it was sent into DRE March of 2007. DO not use this company!! If a fraud suit comes onto them they may revoke previous deals thru lenders due to the force the FBI puts on them. FAIR WARNING!!!!!!!!!

If you realy knew this "lance" or even worked with him you would know lance hates "X" and yes "X" dose hate the goverment and cook's the books but nothing like you'v posted, if your dumb enough to fall for this so called scam then your a fool. Most people take there 1003 info aka your mortage deal and sigining papers to a lawyer who read's through it and tells you every thing about your deal and makes sure that it's up to code. ali is just a computer tech and realy just watch's porn in the office.. But to be straight forward Yes I have seen some shady stuff in that office, but the owners are to blame,, all they want is some one to put money in they'r pockets no matter how you do it.. that the world for you and thats life for you if any of you people realy got ripped off you would walk in to Jason's office or the new GM's office and hit them with a law suit. dont cry about getting fired or for being let go cuz thats how it works ,"sink or swim"
