I purchased an audi from Roger Lake and Joe. signed documents and gave cash payment. Asked them to register and inspect car. Two days later when I went to pick up car Roger said he changed his mind and I was not the type he wanted to sell to. He insulted and discriminated against me and my family by being called type, match, fit. He broke the contract and did not give me the car I purchased with no valid reason. We are a respectable family and were deceived and ripped off and traumatized bt this treatment. I was insulted and treated unprofessionally.How do you sell a car and then break the contract after accepting payment without valid reason? Very bad business.

As long as your money is returned to you, then THEY can cancel YOUR PURCHASE for ANY reason. Do you perhaps have a criminal record?? Are YOU one of those people who come off as "shifty" when you meet others?? Did you perhaps run your mouth?? These are all very solid reasons, legitimate reasons for them to not allow YOU to make the purchase. What concerns me is that YOU as a consumer THINK that A. Anyone gives a d**n about your issue, mainly because YOU HAVE NOT BEEN RIPPED OFF if they returned your money. And B. That you ASSUME that YOU as a consumer have MORE rights then the business owner. As a business owner, THEY have whats called a "Shopkeep Law". That law which EVERY state has, PROTECTS THE OWNER. It says in its most basic form, that THEY don't have to do business with YOU and THEY can change THEIR mind at ANYTIME. Im sure YOU have seen the signs all around you. You know the ones....."This establishment reserves the right to deny service to anyone for any reason". It looks like YOU fell into that category. I know you THINK your something special, but you really are not. YOU are just a consumer. The Law protects the BUSINESS owner BEFORE YOU!! If I were YOU, I would be looking at what I or what a representative of mine may have done or said. Its a business and its in business to make money. Im sure that sale would have made them some PROFIT, and NO BUSINESS is going to NOT help a customer if PROFIT is involved. So that means there is MUCH MORE to this story then YOU are telling the entire web. If you ran your mouth, then admit it. If YOU have a criminal record, then admit it.
What Im getting at is that no one wants to lose money. If they are backing out of the sale, then what did YOU do that would cause this?? There is Always 3 SIDES TO EVERY STORY. your side, which YOU have presented here. THEIR side, which has yet to be told. And the TRUTH which normally is a mix of the two, normally with the emotion and BS booboo hurt feelings taken out of it. There is more to this story and I know those people here who attempt to help on this site would like to be able to help you. But without the WHOLE story, YOUR post is nothing but SLANDER!!! While YOUR FAMILY may be respected, YOU may not be. It MAY be something as simple as an ex girlfriend that you screwed over working there, or it could be something more complex. Give us the WHOLE story PLEASE.........
