Affordable portables Heidy Morales Worst customer service ever . Uneducated staff. Rude. Unhelpful.childish Riverside , CA CA
I read a previous report on a Heidy Morales in Riverside CA, and I too had an encounter with her which was less than professional. At the time she appeared pregnant but I could be wrong ,(((Redacted))). In any case , I arrived at the store needing assistance in getting a new phone, she appeared preoccupied and non attentive to my needs. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because she was pregnant , or it seems. IAnd I continued to discuss my concerns and wants with her. She seemed very uneducated not in just her job but also in proper grammar. She made me feel as though I was bothering her and several times walked away from me to check her own personal phone. She had visible tattoos , no wedding ring and did not look professional what so ever. This incident happened several years ago but when I saw her name on the previous report I had to share my less than professional experience with her as well. Hopefully she is no longer employed at your company as she was a horrible person to deal with. Needless to say I did not get a phone from her and have been a customer of Verizon ever since this incident. My advice to your company is do not hire uneducated , rude, or people who have personal issues that they bring to work.
