I have lost thousands of dollars by trusting this man to be a ghost writer for my legal paperwork. The paperwork was consistently defective, promises were made but not kept, defective paperwork was NEVER fixed, my phone was blocked from his cell phone, and I lost my case because the defective paperwork was never fixed.
I have been pawned from one person to another in this company, and still no fix for the defective paperwork. I had been told there were court dates that did not exist, restraining orders in place that did not exist, I had been told the defects had been fixed but they weren't, and I had been told that process service had been completed but had not - SEVERAL TIMES. Do not trust this man with something as important as a court case.
The business phone has been disconnected, and I know the company moved in August but I have no idea where. I am disgusted to think of how much money I gave this man, with hopes he would help me get my story in front of a judge. It amazes me that anyone would take advantage of people in such situations.

I also was 'sold' AJ Narasimhan's Services through a so-called friend, a registered and licensed securities and insurance agent, who has since been prosecuted for securities fraud.
My story is almost identical to the currently posted complaint--thousands spent on a bogus case that I had to heavily edit and correct the text myself before walking into a Federal Court numerous times to file and followup on.
Narasimhan's legal advice is faulty as is his basic understanding of the procedural requirements of the courts. Eventually the court rejected the case outright due to the multiple improprieties that were suggested by Narasimhan.
Narasimhan is nothing short of a con artist and a parasite preying on people that have already suffered heavily in the current economy. He later employed several others to call and reassure me that everything was moving forward properly--these cronies were eventually trashed by Narasimhan himself as inept and untrustworthy.
Afterward, months of emails and calls went unanswered as the dates for the case were extended.
After months of no-action, no communication and continued deception, I began the process of trying to retrieve my funds, by threatening to involve CA IBI and Federal (BI) authorities. At that point N responded and I have extensive records of emails by Narasimhan stating he would reimburse a portion of the fees he collected from me. Nothing but empty promises after empty promises.
Protect yourself from this scumbag.
