In April I loaned Alan $535 to help cover his expenses in return for his PR services. In October he posted on facebook that he had a new job. During that span, he NEVER once posted an article, made a phone call, or did ANYTHING related to public relations on my part. I sent a message via facebook messenger offering to set up a payment plan, and the said that was feasible once the money started coming in (I suspect he is taking money from one person, and giving it to others to pay off old debts/agreements).
After him being silent and posting for other "clients" of his, I called him out on it, and 3 or 4 times he said he would do the same for me, but it never happened.
I then sent a venmo request, and he denied it.
My wife and I did our due dilligence afterward and saw multiple reports on him being a scam artist. So, hopefully with me providing his current phone and email, some people who he owes money, can directly go after him and harass him till he pays up. I'm not through with this guy yet.

In my rebuttal to your rebuttal, all anyone has to do is Google your name and see your history of not rendering services paid for. I don't have to say anything else in that regard. As for your "fundraising campaign", I believe it is a ponzi scene of sorts, and I do hope you are prosecuted for it. Dear Alan,
Do I need to provide the text within the Facebook messenger where Alan promised to provide PR services for the money rendered? Also, Alan said in October, as I listed and am happy to provide the full text, that he was now working. Yet, never once paid anything on the $535 that he owed. It is suspicious that it took Alan till August 2017 to respond to the ripoff report. I DID NOT donate to his false "Go Fund Me" campaign. Unlike Alan, I submitted the screenshot of the moneygram paid directly to him for his PR services, which he NEVER BEGAN TO RENDER. There was NO MENTION of any fundraising in the moneygram picture.
Alan Baltes also blocked me off of facebook as I was requesting payment through Venmo. His history is still sordid, and a simple internet/google search will provide people with plenty of information on Alan and his scams. Once Alan refunds me through venmo, or Paypal, I'll remove the report.

I accepted a donation to my fund raising campaign from this individual. It was never agreed as a "loan". All accusations are false and misleading. If there is some misunderstanding, I am more than willing to settle the issue, however I never asked anyone for a loan during my family's fund raising campaign.
