Alan Cooper sent me a email saying I have a warrant out for my arrest for unpaid loans and check fraud Bloomington Minnesota
I was sent an email from Alan Cooper saying he is the Attorney General of Washington, that I have 48 hrs to respond or I will lahve a warrant out for my arrest for unpaid loans and check fraud. I do not live in Washington or never have been there I am worried sick about this.
