After doing further investigation on Alfonzo Boughknight and trying to call him on different phone numbers, I realized I had been a victim of a rip off which he was accused of in 2008. I realize that he in 1990 he was charged for contempt of court. Now, I am left with a yard full of tree debri from a tree job he said he could complete in a day. It has now been a week since I last spoke with him. The day he was to complete the job.
I asked a lawyer what are my options; A) stop checks (but it was too late they cleared) or B) file a law suit in smalll claims. Given that this is pattern, is there any lawyer to ake my case. I realize that a rip off report was submitt in 2008, and it was exactly the same as my current situation.
This guy needs to be stopped!
