NO REFUNDS FOR ORDERS NOT RECEIVED, and no refunds, or partial refunds for DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED GOODS

Buyer Protection, which specifies "Full Refund if you don't receive your order" - FALSE. And  no refunds, or only a partial refunds for defective or damaged products.

Fake Products, not as advertised

Many products are Conterfeit

Delivery times for goods is a lot more than specified

Customer service does nothing usefull, not help full at all, and misleading 

Very Unhappy Customer
