All American Auto Transport ripoff Credit card overcharge and bodily threats Bethesda Maryland
I placed an order on Feb 2nd for a truck to be shipped
from Mass. tho Florida. I was told on several that the
pick date would be on Feb 5th. On Feb 5th I was told the
new pick up date would be Feb 9th. When no one called me
on the 9th, I call the company to cancel. They then told
me that they would charge me for cancelling and a saleman named KURT made physical threats to me. He suggested I take a plane ride up to Maryland and he would ''Take care of me''. I realize this is an implyed threat but one that I took very seriously.
These people not only have my credit card they also have my address. Do I now have to worry about credit card fraud as well as bodily harm. All American has indicated they will not refund any monies they have taken from my account and they have hung up the phone on several occasions. I am sure they will take the ''it was not us'' attitude, but rest assured I have nothing better to do for the next 3 months then to pursue this matter with any LEGAL means possible.
