If you like to pay for low quality job that is not done right by someone that has no idea of pool building, then Joe Walker is your guy. He only shows up to collect money and then gone leaving the quality control of the project up to none qualifying sub-contactors. He has no idea what is going on with the job through out the construction process. Don't expect any on the job supervision from him. No service after sale. He failed to pay his sub-contractors so that I had to face lien threat against my property by them. Many problem with the pool and he does not return calls, violating his own contract which grantee the work for 12 months for any defects. He was not present more than a few hours during all the constriction time.
The pool deck already has more than ten cracks all around it in less than six months along with some existing plumbing and other issues. Do not let him to fool you with his bubbly personality as he did us. Totally a disappointing experience from beginning to the end. His knowledge of pool building is as good as any body. I had to deal with his contractors myself instead of him regarding the job details.
He totally wasted our hard earned money and disappeared. He lied to get the job and our money and left us with a low quality product. Please do yourself a favor and avoid being victimized by him.
