Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
About a month back now l too like alot of others decided to use winamp, upon using it l was also told l was 50,000,000th user of the program and had one a trip to the Bahamas 18 days 17 nights.

At first l thought it was hogwash and disregarded it at the time was given a reference number in conjunction with prize but due to this computer having tech difficulties lately it crashes often, and crashed during telling me all about it.Two days ago l was called by a Mr Scott in regards to this competition at 8:00am EST explaining to me that l had in fact one a trip to the Bahamas 85% of trip payed for on behalf of Universal Studios and Disneyworld and that we would only have to pay a share of 15% of journey, straight away we are thinking WHY SAY WE HAVE WON THEN CAUSE WE AINT WON JACK IF WE HAVE TO PAY!!

So we give this guy the hooraa about not having the correct visa card information on hand at the time and you know what he says: l will call ya back tomorrow morning same time then ok!!(eager)We thinkin bloody great if this is for real but us aussies arent going to be duped by you yanks all the time that easy!

Dont be fooled by this guy he is a scammer a d**n good one lucky l have worked in sales before and have smart mates who helped in putting our heads together and researching far into the night to get this fella before they get us. l want this guy caught so he can read this report and know we played him not him played us.We didnt send this fool any money and now thank god to some good people out there know this guy is a fraudulent fool and should have his head kicked in.We were told that our total cost of journey exception of port taxes which arent included was $1,252 AUS Dollar. Mastercard and Visa both notified of this fool when we got our evidence.

All l can say about this is shame on you companies that do this to people,we just average people and dont need scamming crap like this when its hard enough earning a living. And l havent won nothing before so thnx all seasons and resorts for keeping the GR8BS dreams of others alive NOT!! Make sure to ask for all information relevant to travel research everything told to you by these people remember they are professional sprukers and high roller sales pitchers(full of it people).Ha ha Mr Scott your scams uncovered:) you didnt get us!!

I was doing a search on Ebay for vacations and came across one of those...'Its to good to be true' kind of vacations. This poor woman had purchased this awesome package and now couldnt go because of work committments. She was extremely thorough in listing what was what and in her auction page she told us that we could change the dates of the package by contacting... yes you guessed it... All Seasons Travel and Resort Inc... Now i would love to give this woman the benifit of the doubt and hope she is actually selling this dud because of the fact she can't go and doesn't know its a rip off and not that she knows now and is passing on the rip off to some unsuspecting person. I guess it's right what they say... If it looks to good to be true... IT'S TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!

Just recently, I was contacted by All Seasons Travel, telling me I was chosen to receive this wonderful vacation package, by a ballot I filled out at a convention. The sales person went over the vacation package so fast that I couldn't even write it down. When I asked him to slow down, so I can jot down the highlights of the package, he said not to worry and that all that information will be given to me in the mail. He quickly added at the end that it will only cost me $698 USD, just a small promotion free due that day. I have never heard of anything about this in the past and the convention I attended was reputable, so I figure this couldn't be a scam. I gave him my visa and he Welcomed me a board. I had a bad feeling about it as soon as I hung up. So I called back to ask more questions. What do you know, the 1-800 # just kept ringing. Not even a voice mail. Now when I look back I can picture this guy working out of an old abandon warehouse. Also, during our conversation I remember his cell phone going off 2-3 times during our conversation; He would put me on hold every time I asked him a question about the company and the details of the promo fee. He did all the talking and wasn't concerned if I had any questions. The only time he asked me a question was if I give him authorization to charge my credit card. I mentioned to some friends about this vacation package, they all told me it was a scam. I started to look it up on the internet and found this forum. I immediately cancelled my credit card and called All Seasons Travel for a refund. Here's where they showed their TRUE colours. When I called for a refund I was almost harassed to give them a VALID reason for the refund. I said I wasn't going to travel and I didn't want the vacation package anymore. Daniel Mathews (sales agent) INSISTED I give him a better reason. In fact, he started to raise his voice telling me he will not give me a refund until I give him a better reason than I'm not going to travel. I couldn't believe the treatment. These people are only out there for your money. I asked MULTIPLE times Can I get a refund? Yes or No? He said Yes they do give refunds, ONLY if the reason is valid. Who are they to judge what valid or not? I can say I was dying and had only a week to live, would that be valid enough? Would they need doctor's note? They can't prove anything. I was so angry. I held my ground and told him since they give refunds; it's my right to get my money back. Finally, Daniel Mathews said he would give me my refund back because WE DON'T WANT YOU IN FLORIDA ANYWAY!! I was so shocked he actually said that. Daniel Mathews, of All Seasons Travel, had just encompassed the whole company as disgustingly rude money grabbers. Whether or not All Seasons Travel is really a scam or not, their complete lack of professionalism and respect shows the tall tails of one. Even if this vacation package would have been a Wonderful vacation package at such a low cost, I would never give anyone business who treats people like garbage. I will make sure I will tell ALL my friends and families about my bad experience with All Seasons Travel and ask them to spread the warning One thing I can thank All Seasons Travel for is that it was a good lesson. And that their company is run by a bunch of jerks only trying to get their hands in your pockets. PS. I'm referring www.allseasonstravelandresorts.com [1140 Hammond Drive Suite A1110 - Atlanta GA Tel: 800-231-3760] (used to be www.aseasonstravel.com), not to be mistaken by other traveling agencies with similar names. PPS. If you are caught in this situation, just remember, you ARE INTITLED TO A REFUND from All Seasons Travel. They might be rude and insist you keep the package or might even try to entice to you keep it by adding more to your vacation package. But, as far as I know, I got my refund and so should everyone else. (Unless they changed their policy and have the nerve to just take your money and run...)

There are TOO many reports labeling the ASTR from Atlanta as a scam! There are two pages of reports on this site not to mention other sites that exposes your company as being a scam! Presurring people to give their CC# right away or they will "lose" their opportunity to get the trip is crap! Scam! Scam! Scam!
